How we are paid

The service is free for homeowners. Participating service providers pay us for referrals.

Independent providers

Service providers are independent businesses. Any agreement for work, including price, schedule and warranty, is between you and the provider. You are responsible for confirming that the provider holds the license and insurance required for the work.

Availability

Same-day, 24/7 and emergency service depend on provider participation, your location, technician availability and demand. We do not guarantee that a provider will be available at a specific time.

No warranty

This website and our referral service are provided “as is”. We do not warrant or guarantee any work performed by a service provider.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Home Call Experts is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or from work performed by any service provider.
